Snowboarding

Since I came to Canada I always wanted to go snowboarding. I had never had the opportunity to do so before, of course, because I lived in a tropical country. In El Salvador there wasn't any snow to practice the sport. So when I came to Canada that was one my goals, snowboarding.

The first time I went snowboarding at Glen Eden, Milton. I knew it would be an unforgettable experience and it was. I fell so many times that the next day my butt hurt a lot but the truth is that I love this sport.

Eventually I started going more often and started to get better at it. My girlfriend noticed how much I enjoyed the sport, so for my birthday last year she bought a board for me so I no longer have to rent.

Today snowboarding has become one of my passions. Whenever I have free time I grab my gear and I go snowboarding. Truth be told, I love to snowboard. It is nothing like I had experienced before and I truly enjoy it. I plan to continue snowboarding, as much as my body can take.
